If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure the goods are returned as new with sales tags and packaging.

We offer free returns on any garments that are defective, but not for change of mind or exchange of size/color. If you qualify for a free return, these costs will be reimbursed to you, directly to your account. Please ensure you include a receipt for standard tracked postage costs with your return.

Returns can take up to 7 working days* to process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Make sure you carefully read the size charts available on all product pages before placing your order. If for any reason you cannot locate or read the size chart, please contact us with any questions.

2. Not all monitors are the same and colors can appear differently. Things like your individual computer settings such as brightness and contrast can also effect colors so while we have made sure that the difference between the colors is accurately reflected, we can't guarantee that the color you see on screen will be exactly the same as the real-life color. In most cases it will be the same but very occasionally the keen observer may see a slight variation. If you feel the color is drastically different, we will do our best to help or send a replacement, however, please be aware that some slight variation is a possibility.

3. Because we use DTG (Direct To Garment) printing colored shirts other than white tend to have a more vintage look to them.

4. Read your confirmation email immediately and make sure all details are correct. If you notice any errors, contact us ASAP to update any details.

5. Please calculate the shipping times and allow some buffer time before making an order, especially if it is for an event, birthday or special occasion. If we dispatch on time (within 2-4 working days) and your item does not reach you within the expected time, this unfortunately does not constitute a reason for a free return.

6. Be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or blades as you may damage the garment. We do not cover replacements for garments damaged through opening with scissor or blade punctures.

7. Very occasionally you may notice a slight square discoloration around the print area - this is pre-treatment that is used in the process of printing and ensures excellent print quality. It is not damaged; one quick wash on less than 30 degrees will remove this. Please refer to the wash care instructions included in your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
